Moose Creek Creative began as Sugar City Maker, a small homebased handmade shop built on creativity, craftsmanship and a whole lot of late nights. What started as a laser engraved patch hats and gifts quickly grew into something bigger than we ever imagined.

As our designs expanded and our community grew, so did our vision.

Sugar City Maker was rooted in handmade products. Moose Creek Creative represents what we've become and where we're headed.

Today, Moose Creek Creative is more than an online shop. It is a creative brand built around hands-on experiences, in-house production and bold ideas brought to life through modern maker technology. From precision laser engraving to advanced 3D printing, many of our products are produced right here by us.

But we did not want to stop at products.

We wanted to build a space where creativity could be experienced, not just purchased. 

That vision led to the creation of our DIY craft studio and slime bar in Rexburg, Idaho. A place where kids, teens, college students and adults can paint, build, mix and create something uniquely their own. A place where screen time takes a back seat to hands-on fun. A place where creativity feels accessible and welcoming.

Alongside the studio, our curated gift shop continues to grow, featuring 3D printed animals, dragons and goods, laser engraved gifts, apparel, drinkware and seasonal designs that reflect both craftsmanship and personality.

Meet the Founders

Moose Creek Creative is owned and operated by Michele and Andrew.

Michele brings the creative vision and strategic leadership behind the brand. With a professional background in business and program leadership, she spent years guiding others towards growth and success. That same passion for structure, planning and long-term vision now fuels Moose Creek Creative. What began as a small handmade venture has evolved into a growing creative studio rooted in intention and craftsmanship.

Andrew brings steady support, problem solving and a willingness to jump into whatever needs building, fixing or figuring out. From behind-the scenes operations to helping bring large ideas to life, he plays a vital role in turning vision into reality.

Family is at the center of everything we build. Together at home, Michele and Andrew are raising two daughters, who have grown up watching ideas turn into real products and big dreams take shape one step at a time. Andrew is also the proud father of two sons and a daughter who are now grown and building lives of their own. Creativity, resilience and hard work are values woven through every season of our family's story.

Family plays a central role in why Moose Creek Creative exists. It is being built as a place where kids can create, families can connect and meaningful memories can be made.
